Paper Issue Challenge # 2

By kate blue - Sunday, November 07, 2010

While cleaning the mountain of junk scrap table today, I came across this picture that I wanted to scrap last month and couldn't find...so, since the Paper Issues challenge # 2 called for scallops, (punches, doilies, stacked circles) I also happened to have a whole pack of them on the table as well....I had Jody Wenke on my mind today since she received her special book with layouts from me and a dozen other ladies and I wondered how she makes it look effortless.  I tried to scrap pages in her style (IMPOSSIBLE) and so I was encouraged to do a SIMPLE layout; something I always struggle with no matter what.  So, this layout is dedicated to Ryan and her battle with cancer !  You are a brave chick !!! Hope this week is a better week!
