It's that time again!!

Once a year for the past 19 years, when the frigid waters of the Chesapeake are at their coldest, a unique breed of creature migrates to the Maryland shore to engage in a strange and glorious ritual. They are called Plungers, their event is PlungeFest and it’s a Maryland tradition. Raising awareness and charitable donations for Special Olympics Maryland, these unique creatures dive into the icy bay and celebrate the occasion the only way they know how—by freezing their buns off.

I know I'm late in adding my Pledge page, but I finally got it posted!   January means cold temps and icy chills and so on January 23, 2015, I will join thousands of Police Officers and Police Organizations for my 4th Polar Bear Plunge!  Police Teams plunge a day early from the public!

for those of you who are local to the DMV area, yep, that is me and my plunge buddy LaShawn (along with Brandon and Dan) on the tv commercial on USA Channel 9!!! My pledge page is open {HERE} for you to part with your $$ all for a wonderful cause!!  No donation is too large or too small; every dollar is appreciated!!
