Buttons are NOT something I normally use in my scrapping; IMO they are kind of like FLOWERS-too much can ruin a project for sure...plus,many buttons look so cheap in the stores so...About 2 yrs ago, I scored a small bottle of TRUE VINTAGE buttons at a yard sale (long story behind that) that belonged to a lady's grandmother .. they are straight up delicate and so gorgeous that I try to only use them on special projects.
So, for Christmas, I decorated my bathroom in some subdued colors and added a cute altered cross that I scored from Hobby Lobby.. tricked it out with some fabulous papers from Memory Box and that cool angel sticker (I mounted it on chipboard) has been sitting in my stash since 2008! Added in some buttons and pearls ....VOILA !

That is awesome! I love it, especially the pop of red in the center. Those papers are so pretty and go with the angel so well :)

The holiday hustle took away my memory...just found them, all packaged up in the envie, in a pile of stuff on the kitchen counter when cleaning the Christmas out of my house. LOL Oops! Resting my poor sore foot this week in the hopes I didn't do permanent damage. I think I did, I just did waaaay too much over the holiday. xoxo
