I know it's been a week and I said AI was gonna get my groove back once the kiddos got back in school, but I really have no excuses for not doing it...Just know I just started crafting, I got some mojo back after hanging around with the gal pals this week and so...here's the start of things:  ONE LAYOUT  heheheheee
using up stash...I really really really want the new Echo Park 2 papers and a new kit, from either Scrapbook Circle or Little Black Dress Club but I can't justify the purchase until I create at least 10 layouts from vintage stash and I'm committed during the month of September to get over to Counterfeit Kits and make AT least 6-8 kits of my ownfrom all the stash here in the studio!  So, here's # 1....cute 7 Gypsies stickers, Jenni Bowlin paper (I think), Colorbok thingees, and misc stash....HAPPY MONDAY everybody!!

fast forward...47..........in 6 days....

Lisa Hetrick that is....you may already know her from PhotoScraps and others may know her since she is a creator/designer/graphic artist @ Unity Stamps but for some reason, I kept missing her!  So, today it finally happened and we sat down to create this lovely:
 The Beauty of Life Wall Art/Tray...I forgot to take an upright pic of Lisa's (above) using the 7 Gypsies Letterblock Letter Tray,  cool papers from My Minds Eye, Tim Holtz inks (soooo love that Victorian Velvet Ink ), Unity Stamps and some true vintage embellishments.  Lisa actually had tags and pearls from her grandmothers collection for us to use and a beautiful story behind all the butterflies :)!  These trays were such an amazing and FUN project to do once you get past the measuring of it all (thank goodness she had everything already done :) :) and can be tailored for every decor and every theme.  Call Tracy and order one or two; you'll be glad you did!  I am so ready to do 2 or 3 more.  My next one will be a more vintage/7Gypsies/Tim Holtz kinda one and then I was thinking a Christmas one would be great.  If anybody wants to come over and make one, let me know and we can get class supplies and try it out on our own!  ps-I had informed Lisa at the beginning of class that I can never create something exactly like the model...mine was a tad bit different.....Thanks PhotoScraps for a great day!!!

with the bare number of supplies....went to a crop @ Piktails in Orlando and met the fab group of STC (Missie, Kelly and Amy & moms) and had a blast!  As always, I met many new friends and talked and laughed entirely too much and only did 2 layouts in about 5 hours....it is so hard to crop when I don't have chalks, bling or all my papers but I tried! Loved using my Cosmo Cricket, Kaiser, Jenni Bowlin and 7 Gypsies supplies plus other scraps I had packed....sorry for the bad pics but I forgot about taking pics until the sun had set a bit....
