In what were supposed to be off-the-record comments, President Barack Obama called musician Kanye West a "jackass" because of the performer's outburst at a music awards ceremony. The comments were mistakenly sent out via the online service Twitter by ABC News' Terry Moran, who had access to off-the-record comments Obama made while being interviewed Monday by CNBC.
"Pres. Obama just called Kanye West a 'jackass' for his outburst at VMAs when Taylor Swift won. Now THAT'S presidential," Moran, a "Nightline" co-anchor, wrote Monday evening.
***Hello? The President only said what most of us were already thinking and already either tweeted or facebooked yesterday...what's the bfd? Kanye's action were classless, uncool and mean-spirited-end of story...President is a person who puts his pants on the same way I do everydamn day....he's a REAL person people!!! I think Moran was another scene stealer who knew better too but all in the name of ratings...
We still need to be concentrating on our REAL soldiers who are fighting a real WAR, not a war of who's popular according to mfreakingtv.com or the war of who's more of a jackass (most of those scene stealers in Hollywood), trust me there's a whole lot of Kanye's out there....jmo
