busy week....

full of unanticipated surprises, good news, bad news, scrapping, friends, LIFE....

Just wanted to start my own prayer circles today-2 of my IRL friends are going through two different personal journeys right now and are in need of prayer...





Ya'll remember my good buddie Kimmie (on right)-not a blood sister but my sistah all the same and scrapping partner too-well, this week she and her family are going through a rough time-unexpectedly losing her brother-in-law (married, healthy, loving father of 4)  at the young age of 41 (I believe) to what may have been an aneurysm. I pray for her and her family as they travel back to Maryland to bury a loved one too soon....

Ella (another loving friend, fellow scrapper and my dd's former 2nd grade teacher) (on the left) needing prayers for her husband Damon this week as the experienced surgeons at Johns Hopkins (Dr. Alfredo Quinones-Hinojosa and fellow surgeons) operate on this thing called a Meningioma)-think almost about the story of the actress Natasha Richardson- a fall, a phone call, a trip to the ER that led to more serious discoveries.  We pray that Dr. Q (who is amazing and a true gift from GOD if you ever watched Hopkins ER) will have a clear mind and steady hands on Wednesday.  You can read Damon's story and send words of encouragement to his site at http://dskillz13.wordpress.com/
