I am not the messy painting & stamping kinda gal BUT the fabulous Dina Wakley was coming to Queens Ink and like darling Nikky, I could not resist...got on the wait list and managed to get a spot! Good thing cause Lisa Lisa (see previous post) was coming down from PA so- we got to hang out!!
Queens Ink in Savage, MD hosted the delightful, charming and oh so talented Ms Dina Wakley and she did not disappoint! I loved that her teaching style was "no rules, just right " kinda style-no cookie cutter creations where everyone's projects all come out the same! No whining; just get er done !!! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED that...
In this class, we got to play with inks, sprays, stamps and beeswax! Super cool and ya'll know I don't stamp ever, so it was great to actually learn something new for me...can't wait to show Miss Lynne how to do this:
