Hey everybody-I'm officially a Counterfeit Kit Master Forger!  I know I've always posted and raved about Counterfeit kits as a follower but now I'm officially on the Design Team! If you are new here, thanks for  popping by- I thought I'd introduce myself for any newbies!

I'm Kate Blue-mom to 2 wonderkids and a fur baby living in the great state of Maryland USA and I've been scrapbooking for maybe 13 years??  Before that, I never dabbled in any kind of art-I nor anyone else ever asked me if I wanted to try ANY of it so I always assumed I wasn't good at it or that I'd even like art and crafts.  Well, I had some life changing events in 2004 -2005 that caused tremendous amounts of stress and my sister suggested scrapbooking.  Since I had never  ever heard of the word scrapbooking, we went to a local crop and I sat around and watched and listened to everybody and touched all the scrapbook stuff (it was in a scrapbook store) and I'd say that I stopped looking at and buying supplies after about 6 months and jumped in!  I took a Basic Grey scrapbook layout class and was hooked!  Fast forward 14 years and I've been on design teams, guest designed, been published and just can't live without scrapbooking!  I love the fellowship of it, I love all things patterned paper and I love that it gets ME in the story and the pictures for my children and hopefully one day, their children.  I hope you'll lurk around my blog and get to know me and I hope to inspire you in some way :)
