Marching in with a new Counterfeit Kit and a GIVEAWAY!
Thanks for popping by from Tracey's blog-hope you've been inspired all along the hop! This month at the Counterfeit Kit Challenge blog, our Master Forger Tara has chosen a light and airy kit from Citrus Twist Kits! March 2020 highlighted their Life Crafted "Weekender " kit and it's perfect for us for March!
Bright, pastely (is that a word?) and makes me think of spring, Easter, and outdoors ! I did my usual and started with the papers...mixing Maggie Holmes stash and Obed Marshall Buenos Dias for all the pastel prints, especially the pink (out of my comfort zone) and various shades of blues. and a FIRST-I actually added colored cardstock in a kit! I don't own but maybe 12 pieces of colored cardstock that's not kraft, white or black if you can believe it!
I then added florals, chipboard journaling cards, labels, gold letters and MORE!

Love so many of the embellishments you have tucked in there!
ReplyDeleteWonderful kit Kate. The apricot colours on those papers is a nice twist! Your embellishments look like fun too. I added cardstock to use also for first time in years.
ReplyDeleteYou've cut right to the beautiful heart of this kit's vibe! I am taking bets on you killing that one sheet of chipboard embellis :D
ReplyDeleteApparently Maggie and Obed make a great combo. I am not familiar with the latter, but am definitely going to check it out now. Enjoy that totally fab kit!
